Culinary Delights of Vietnam

3. Cao Lau

Cao lau is a scrumptious delicacy found in Hoi An. It is made of rice noodles, pork slices and croutons. 


4. Nom Hoa Chuoi

Nom hua chuoi, meaning banana flower salad, is an interesting speciality of Vietnamese cuisine. The dish is typically a flavourful mixture of banana flowers, green papayas, carrots and cilantro.


5. Ca Phe Trung

A very unique and interesting variation of coffee called egg coffee is extremely popular in Vietnam. It is traditionally made out of egg yolks and condensed milk.
